OUR TEAM

Hi! I'm
Tera Wentz

and I live for the details.

I am the Hive’s Marketing Specialist! On the daily, you can find me driving internal project progress and management initiatives, keeping timelines on track, supporting team organization, and jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?
In August, I started working remotely from Fargo, but I’m still very much “at the office.” I even have a cardboard cutout of myself, just in case anyone forgets.

What’s a hill you’ll happily die on?
McDonald’s Diet Coke is and will always be the superior drink.

What’s a work-from-home must-have?
Lounge sets have taken over, and jeans are now optional… forever. Honestly, working from home has never felt so comfortable.

Where It All Began

I am a graduate of Minnesota State Community and Technical College (MSCTC) Moorhead, with an AAS in Liberal Arts and Dental Hygiene. We often joke that I can both clean your teeth and manage your ad campaigns.

In my former career, I was a dental hygienist; deep down I always wanted to follow my high school dream of becoming a graphic designer so I eventually made the switch to the marketing world. While I didn’t end up in graphic design, I get to put my creativity and right brain to the test in everything I do. I have been with HexaHive since 2021. Being able to work collaboratively as a team is one of my favorite parts about HexaHive, and I think the rest of our team would agree.

My Motivation

Outside of work, you can find me spending quality time with my husband, Zach, and my two doodle-boys, Toby and Beau.

My personal happy place is cozied up on the couch with a good show, my favorite snacks, and whatever soda I’m currently loyal to (Diet Coke walked so Diet Root Beer could run). When I’m not at home, I’m usually in one of three places: Disneyland, cheering on my niece and four nephews at one of their many games, or wandering the mall for things I definitely don’t need…. but absolutely bring home anyway.

Thanks for stopping by! Get to know Kayla next!
