OUR TEAM
Hi! I'm Lindsey Peterson
and I bridge new opportunities into lasting partnerships.
As the Client Success Manager, I guide clients seamlessly from the sales process into long-term collaboration and ensure every experience with HexaHive is top-notch. Think of me as your marketing buddy here to make sure your transition from first hello to thriving collaboration feels effortless, supportive, and full of opportunity.
If your life were a sitcom, what would the theme song sound like?
It would start loud and catchy, progress into a little tambourine riff, slow down and have a part that talks about feelings, and somehow end in a dance-off.
What’s a skill or trait that surprises people about you?
That I’m actually an introvert! While I generally love people and all their quirks, I need alone time and quiet to recharge.
Which emoji do you overuse (and why is it perfect)? 😆
It’s actually called the “Grinning Squinting Face” emoji and, according to Google, “is often used to express excitement, hearty laughter, or a sense of fun.” I approach challenges with professionalism and perspective, but I never forget the value of keeping things grounded and light.
Where It All Began
I graduated from NDSU with a degree in exercise science almost 20 years ago. I’ve spent the first half of my adult life working in gyms and wellness spaces, encompassing every role from personal trainer to the boss.
I’ve always loved working and connecting with people and being a part of making their lives better. Now, I get to bring that same passion and energy to HexaHive, while flexing an entirely different skillset (pun intended).
My Motivation
When I’m not working, most of my time is spent chasing after my three kids (ages 11, 9, and 6). With my youngest just starting kindergarten, I’m finally beginning to rediscover a little time and space that’s just for me.
I’m an active member of our school’s PTO and never miss an opportunity to boost school spirit, especially if it involves wearing a mascot costume (yes, I genuinely love it).
In my free time, I enjoy reading (especially contemporary and historical fiction), listening to audiobooks (memoirs and autobiographies are my go-to), and tuning into podcasts on everything from health to true crime to pop culture. I also love experimenting in the kitchen, whether it’s cooking or baking, and I try to squeeze in travel whenever I can (which is never as often as I’d like!).
