OUR TEAM
Hi! I'm Lindey Gullickson
and I design with intention, driven by function and impact.
At the Hive, I’m one of the go-tos for all things visual. From logos and flyers to signage and social content, I handle a wide range of design projects that keep things looking sharp and on-brand. I take ideas and turn them into visuals that actually work—not just look good.
Whether it’s prepping files for print, updating marketing materials, or whipping up something last-minute, I make sure all my work fits the brand vibe and keeps the creative process smooth, efficient, and intentional.

Describe yourself in three words.
Visionary, radiant, and grounded.
Favorite movie?
I can’t emphasize this enough … The Lion King (the original, of course).
What is your oddly specific dream day off?
Sleeping in without an alarm, grabbing a coffee, and a going for a morning walk with a friend. Then it’s off to the thrift store before heading to a cozy Mexican spot for chips, salsa, and margaritas. After lunch? Floating in a pool, soaking up the sun, then head to dinner, and top it all off with a fun night on the town.
Where It All Began
I’m a born-and-raised Bismarck local and a recent graduate from Bismarck State College with my Associate’s degree in Graphic Design & Communications. I’ve always known I wanted to work in a creative field, and graphic design ended up being the perfect fit—it lets me combine my love for art and visuals with my interest in technology.
This fall, I’ll be continuing my education to earn a bachelor’s degree in marketing to expand my skillset and dive deeper into the strategic side of design and branding.
Creativity has been a constant in my life for as long as I can remember. Whether I was drawing or painting, I’ve always been someone who loves bringing ideas to life visually. Over the years, that creative instinct evolved into a real passion for design—especially the kind that solves problems and makes things easier, cleaner, or more beautiful.
My Motivation
Outside of design, I’m all about being outdoors and staying active. I love going on walks or runs, hiking, floating on the Missouri River, or just soaking up the sun whenever I can.
I’m a huge dog lover (all animals, really), and spending time with my friends and family is super important to me. I also fully admit to being a caffeine enthusiast—coffee and energy drinks all the way everyday.
Music’s another big part of who I am. My mom raised me on rock, my dad raised me on old country, and I still carry that mix with me. I’m also lowkey competitive and always down for card games, board games, or anything that lets me flex a little friendly rivalry.
