OUR TEAM

Hi! I'm Kirsten Deichert

and I am all about creativity and clarity.

As your Account Manager at HexaHive, you’ll find me asking the deeper questions and zeroing in on what drives results, turning creative ideas into “yep, already done.” I prioritize forward movement of your goals with a clear process for your customers so you can focus on what you do best.

What’s your favorite music?
Anything with down-home lyrics and outlaw soul and kick it in the side with a pair of steel-toed boots.

What’s a bucket list item of yours?
All the exotic foods.

What’s one thing you’re passionate about?
Good food and family farms. As a 4-H and FFA kid who grew up on a family farm in Missouri, even I am surprised at how these values are a still at the top of my list!

Where It All Began

Mom’s an English teacher, so I grew up with a love for words and communication. In high school, I wrote a weekly article for our small-town newspaper. I started college as a political science major, then switched to ag business because I loved economics—how shifting demand moves markets—but something was missing: people.

That changed when I took my first communications class. It clicked, and I was hooked.

After college, I worked with students to help them identify their goals and take real steps toward achieving them. I spent a year studying art at an international school in Italy before settling down in North Dakota, where I married my husband and put down roots.

Eventually, I joined a nonprofit where I supported business owners—helping them grow their brands and chase big goals. What guided me through all of it? This belief: to make an impact, you have to have connection. This connect comes from understanding who others are, where they want to get, and how they are showing up in the world.

My love for people, storytelling, and helping others reach their goals is what brought me to HexaHive. It’s a privilege to do all of that every day.

My Motivation

When I’m not working, you’ll find me chasing my fast-moving three-year-old, digging in my happy place (the garden), paddle boarding, or soaking in a sunset with my husband, Adam.
I love traveling, exploring the great outdoors, getting lost in a podcast or good book, and staying in touch with friends and family on the phone.
