About the Role
As an Account Manager at HexaHive, you’ll be the strategic liaison between our clients and our creative and technical teams. You’ll lead marketing projects from vision to execution, guiding clients toward high-impact strategies while ensuring every detail is delivered with precision.
This is a role for someone who’s comfortable leading the way—owning responsibilities without needing constant direction and being a dependable driver of momentum on both client and internal initiatives.
This role is central to our client experience. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, an organizational anchor, and a problem-solving partner—ensuring our clients not only feel supported but see the tangible results they hired us for.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, ongoing relationships.
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Translate client goals into clear briefs for internal teams, ensuring alignment from kickoff to delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, assets, and communications to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, strategists, and developers to bring campaigns to life.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within client accounts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, client markets, and evolving best practices in digital and traditional marketing.
Qualifications

- A relevant associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, account management, or project leadership.
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and leading marketing initiatives.
Preference is given to those with marketing agency experience or with experience in a similar client-focused environment.
